No. FactoBills is pay-as-you-go with one-time credit wallets — no monthly lock-in.
How many free credits do I get?+
New accounts receive 5 free credits on signup — enough to generate 2 free PDFs (2.5 credits each).
Can I get a refund?+
Unused credit wallets may be considered case-by-case within 7 days of purchase. Email contact.it@facto.org.in.
Which payment methods are supported?+
Payments are processed by Razorpay and typically include UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, net banking, and wallets.
Is GST included?+
Checkout shows the amount charged via Razorpay. Applicable taxes are handled according to payment provider and Indian tax rules for the transaction.
