What am I actually paying for?+
Building, filling, previewing, and experimenting stay free. You pay when you receive business value — a professional document PDF, a form response PDF, bulk export, or high response volume beyond the free allowance.
Why do Custom Forms cost more than documents?+
A GST invoice is a one-time document. An inspection form, visitor register, or onboarding form becomes part of daily operations and can collect hundreds of records. Forms are priced as a premium workflow tool (7 credits per response PDF) — not like a single invoice download.
How much does a document PDF cost?+
Ready-to-use (default) template PDFs cost 5 credits each. Custom templates and form response PDFs cost 7 credits each. Same rates for every account.
How much does a Custom Forms PDF cost?+
Generating a professional PDF from a form response costs 7 credits. Create, edit, share, and preview stay free. The first 25 responses per form are free; additional responses may be metered at 1 credit per 25 responses. Bulk export is 15 credits when available.
Are Create packs and Forms packs separate balances?+
Packs are sized and labeled for each product so you don’t compare a simple invoice with a business workflow. Credits still top up your account balance — no subscriptions, and credits never expire.
Do sample PDFs cost credits?+
No. Watermarked sample PDFs do not use credits. Clean professional downloads do.
How many free credits do I get?+
New accounts receive 5 free credits on signup — enough for 1 free default-template PDF at 5 credits each.
Can I get a refund?+
Unused credit packs may be considered case-by-case within 7 days of purchase. Email contact.it@facto.org.in.
Which payment methods are supported?+
Payments are processed by Razorpay and typically include UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, cards, net banking, and wallets.
