- What am I paying for?
- FactoBills is billing software for GST and Non-GST invoices. Plans include a monthly invoice PDF allowance. Creating, previewing, customers, and items stay in the product — you upgrade when you need more invoices.
- Do unused invoices expire?
- No. Unused invoice PDFs stay in your account until you use them. We may cap how many unused invoices can roll over so balances stay reasonable.
- How many free invoices do I get?
- The Free plan includes 10 invoice PDFs to start. Upgrade to Starter for 25 invoices/month when you need more.
- Can I pay yearly?
- Yes. Yearly billing is about 17% less than paying month to month. Same invoice allowances, billed once a year.
