Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using FactoBills at https://factobills.com, a product of Facto IT Solutions (FactoIt.com), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

FactoBills provides online tools to generate PDF bills, invoices, receipts, and related documents from information you enter. Features may include live preview, templates, watermarked samples, and credit-based clean PDF downloads.

3. Your responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of information you enter.
• You must use generated documents lawfully and in line with employer, tax, or contractual requirements that apply to you.
• You must not use FactoBills to create misleading, fraudulent, or illegal documents.
• You must keep your login credentials secure.

4. Accounts & credits

• New accounts may receive 5 free credits (enough for 2 PDF downloads), subject to change.
• Credits are deducted when you download a clean (non-sample) PDF — currently 2.5 credits per PDF.
• Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
• Unused purchased credits do not expire unless we state otherwise.
• Refunds for unused credit packs may be considered case-by-case within 7 days of purchase — contact contact.it@facto.org.in.

5. Payments

Credit purchases are processed by Razorpay or other payment partners. Prices are shown in INR unless stated otherwise. Taxes may apply as required by law.

6. Intellectual property

FactoBills branding, site design, and original template layouts belong to Facto IT Solutions / FactoIt.com. You retain rights to the content you enter. You get a limited licence to download PDFs you generate for your own lawful use.

7. Availability & changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, templates, or pricing at any time. We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. FactoBills is a productivity tool — not legal, tax, or accounting advice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Facto IT Solutions and its parent entity (FactoIt.com) are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from documents you generate or how those documents are used. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for credits in the 3 months before the claim.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protections.
